BlackRock's BUID fund paid $4.17 million in March, bringing total payouts to over $25 million

On April 4th, according to Cryptoslate, BlackRock's BUIDL fund paid a dividend of $4.17 million in March, setting a record for the largest monthly dividend payout for a tokenized Treasury fund. The March record is about twice the peak of $2.10 million set in July 2024. According to BUIDL issuer Securitize, the record dividend brings BUIDL's cumulative dividend payout since its inception to $25.40 million, reflecting growing institutional interest in investing in traditional financial products on the chain.
