Yoon Seok-hyuk was ousted as South Korean president

On April 4, according to Xinhua News Agency, the acting president of the Constitutional Court of South Korea, Moon Jiongpei, read out the impeachment ruling. Eight judges of the Constitutional Court unanimously agreed to remove Yoon Seok-hyuk. Yoon Seok-hyuk became the second president in South Korea's constitutional history to be removed after Park Geun-hye. After that, South Korea must hold a new general election within 60 days. Yoon Seok-hyuk did not attend the sentencing. The sentencing process was broadcast live to the public.
