Unicoin founder calls on SEC to end investigation into his company

Alex Konanykhin, co-founder of crypto investment firm Unicoin, has said he wants the SEC to end its investigation into his company and join the ranks of crypto companies that have emerged from regulatory litigation after the SEC brought charges of fraud and unregistered securities against Unicoin during the Biden administration, forcing it to move operations to Europe and stop raising funds in the United States. Konanykhin called the allegations baseless and stressed that Unicoin has always publicly reported trading records and financial data.
