The State Investment Agency under the President of Kyrgyzstan signed a memorandum of understanding with Binance founder CZ.
According to the memorandum, the two sides plan to jointly promote the development of the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology ecosystem in the Kyrgyz Republic. This includes providing infrastructure support, technical support, professional consulting services on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, and implementing related educational programs.
"I have been advising a number of countries, both formally and informally, to help develop the regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies and to promote the use of blockchain for government efficiency and to extend blockchain beyond transactions," CZ said. "I find this work extremely rewarding."
