荣盛石化：与沙特阿美已就部分事项签署合作框架协议

4月22日讯，荣盛石化公告，公司与沙特阿美积极推进，目前已就部分事项取得一致意见并签署《合作框架协议》，主要内容为双方拟分别出售和购买荣盛石化全资子公司中金石化和沙特阿美全资子公司SASREF各50%的股权，以及按股权比例分别联合开发中金石化和SASREF的扩建工程；双方就备忘录中其他事项及《合作框架协议》中股权及扩建交易的具体条款正展开进一步磋商。
