Ethereum researchers propose EIP-7922, an optimized validator exit mechanism

Ethereum researcher mikeneuder.eth has proposed EIP-7922 to improve the validator exit queue mechanism. The proposal changes the fixed exit limit (about 16 per epoch) to a dynamic adjustment mechanism based on recent exits, improving exit flexibility, reducing validator wait times, and reducing liquidity risk. The proposal is currently in the draft stage.
