Bitfarms and Macquarie Group have reached a preliminary agreement for a $300 million private debt financing

Nasdaq-listed mining company Bitfarms announced that it has entered into a preliminary agreement with Macquarie Group for a $300 million private debt financing to finance the development of the initial HPC project in Panther Creek, Pennsylvania, with an initial financing amount of $50 million and a maximum drawable amount of $300 million upon signing of the final documents. It is expected that Macquarie Group will finance the initial construction of the Panther Creek data center in a non-dilutive manner.
