Startup Midas raises $45 million to launch products like cryptocurrency

Fintech startup Midas raised $45 million, led by Portage, in one of the largest Series A rounds ever raised in Turkey. The new funding will help Midas launch a range of new product lines, including cryptocurrency exchanges, mutual funds and savings products, with plans to double its workforce to more than 400 and expand into emerging markets.
