美国智库Bitcoin Policy Institute提出通过发行“BitBonds”（比特币增强型美债），以支持总统特朗普设立战略比特币储备的行政命令。该债券年息仅1%，但10%发行收益将用于购买比特币，既可缓解联邦债务负担，又可扩大战略比特币储备。智库估算该计划或十年节省高达7000亿美元利息开支。
