Archax, a British digital asset exchange, has acquired Globacap Private Markets (regulated by the SEC and FINRA), renamed Archax Markets US, to enter the US market and offer RWA trading such as tokenized stocks and bonds.
Archax has launched a tokenized Treasury fund on XRP Ledger, attracting $45 million in deposits, and plans to expand into blockchains such as Ethereum, Polygon, and Hedera Hashgraph. The company has also acquired a Spanish brokerage firm in preparation for entering the European Union market.
