3 月 31 日消息，据 Coinbase 协议专家 Viktor Bunin 发文称，如果将以太坊（ETH）视为类似 AWS 积分的存在，那么二层网络的发展确实没有意义。但若将以太坊理解为未来驱动全球经济的货币，二层网络的发展就显得合理，因为这些网络将以太坊作为货币来使用。
