香港署理行政长官陈国基宣布，香港政府即将发布第二个虚拟资产政策声明，其中将会把香港定位为亚洲数字资产创新中心，最早将在今年晚些时候实施稳定币监管框架，迄今已批出10个数字资产交易平台牌照，近期还将批出更多牌照。
