26 states in the United States have proposed bitcoin reserve bills

On March 26th, Cointelegraph revealed that more than half of the states in the United States (26 out of 50) have proposed Bitcoin Reserve Acts, with many proposals proposing to allocate as much as 10% of state funds to crypto assets. Wisconsin became the first state to buy a Bitcoin ETF, holding $588 million as of the fourth quarter of 2024.
