NYDIG宣布收购Crusoe拟拓展比特币挖矿业务

比特币金融服务和基础设施公司NYDIG宣布已签署最终协议收购Crusoe拟拓展比特币挖矿业务，具体收购金额暂未披露。Crusoe旗下还拥有AI数据中心，目前在美国7个州拥有20多个挖矿站点，并且在阿根廷有一个合资企业，收购完成后NYDIG拟将其纳入到现有的电力和比特币挖矿部门开展运营和扩展业务。
