According to FOX Business reporter Eleanor Terrett, the Senate plans to hold a final vote on a joint resolution on Thursday to repeal the Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) decentralized finance (DeFi) broker rule.
Although the joint resolution passed with a bipartisan supermajority on March 4, the Senate had to vote again because of a technical issue. The vote will be the final step before the resolution is sent to Mr. Trump for signature, which could happen as early as Friday.
The bill to repeal the DeFi broker rule will go to a final vote this Thursday and could be submitted to Trump for signature as soon as Friday
