Suspected MakerDAO multi-signature address transferred 4535 MKR to Wintermute within 2 weeks

Spot On Chain monitoring shows that it is suspected that the MakerDAO multi-signature address (starting with 0xbba) continued to transfer MKR before the price fell. In the past 2 weeks, the multi-signature address has transferred MKR to WintermuteTrading almost every day, for a total of 4,535 MKR (worth about $14.40 million). These tokens are then deposited into CEX such as Binance, Coinbase or Kraken, and the price of MKR tends to decline after depositing. Now, the multi-signature address still holds 21,928 MKR (worth about $65.80 million).
