The Federal High Court of Nigeria, Judge Emeka Nwite, adjourned the Binance tax evasion case to May 17, the second adjournment of the Federal Inland Revenue Service of Nigeria (FIRS) tax evasion case against Binance, after the FIRS failed to serve a summons to Gambaryan before the trial as required, resulting in the first adjournment on April 4.
