纳斯达克上市公司3e Network（三易科技）宣布与新加坡数字货币挖矿平台HASH BEAVER PTE. LTD（HashBeaver）签署谅解备忘录（MoU），拟按照3000万美元的估值收购后者4.9%的股权，据悉3e Network还计划探索将其B2B软件与HashBeaver区块链基础设施相结合。
