CZ 在社交媒体上回应其他用户的“Binance 曾在 2017 年推出投票上币活动”相关问题时表示，投票刚开始的效果是好的。但后来有些撕裂社区，造成项目方们互相攻击。类似 pvp 的感觉。防治作弊也随着时间越来越难。要一直换新模式。（投票上币）偶尔还是可以搞一下。
