Musk Receives SEC Subpoena for Twitter Acquisition

According to a court filing on Thursday, Musk was subpoenaed in the SEC's lawsuit against him. The subpoena was delivered to SpaceX headquarters on March 14. According to the lawsuit summary, the deadline for answering is April 4.
