According to @ai_9684xtpa monitoring, the whale that had previously leveraged long ETH losses of 4 million dollars transferred 3,000 ETH from Binance 10 minutes ago, worth 9.53 million dollars; then deposited ETH into Compound and lent 6.50 million USDT to Binance, which has now transferred 1100 ETH again.
