O) fell 3.6% after missing expectations for fourth-quarter results. Apple (AAPL. O) fell 0.9% on news that it loses more than $1 billion a year on streaming. NVIDIA (NVDA. O) fell 0.6% as the company plans to spend hundreds of billions of dollars on U.S. chips and electronics over the next four years. Microchip Technology (MCHP. O) fell 4.7% as it announced the closure of its Tempe wafer manufacturing plant.
