US stocks close: Nasdaq falls 1.7%, Tesla falls more than 5%

On March 19, the U.S. stock market closed on Tuesday, with the Dow initially closing down 0.6%, the S & P 500 index down 1.07%, and the Nasdaq index down 1.7%. Tesla (TSLA. O) fell 5.3%, NVIDIA (NVDA. O) fell 3.4%, and Apple (AAPL. O) fell 0.6%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon index closed down 0.18%, Alibaba (BABA. N) fell 3.2%, Tencent Music (TME. N) rose more than 15% and XPeng Motors (XPEV. N) fell nearly 8%.
