The Ethereum Foundation (EF) is actively listening to community feedback and exploring operational changes, revealed Haseeb Qureshi, Managing Partner of Dragonfly. Qureshi noted that after its meeting with EF members at ETH San Francisco, there was a sense of urgency within the organization and an awareness that the industry landscape has changed since 2020. He suggested that EF leadership is actively considering how to replicate successful initiatives such as Solana's Superteam, shifting the focus from research-driven to facilitating project development and investment.
Mr. Qureshi added: "The Ethereum leadership has received a lot of criticism recently and it's important for you to know - it's working. They are listening and thinking hard about how to adapt. This is a learning moment for them." He added that the EF leadership had shown greater openness to outside ideas and had gradually moved away from the "I didn't create it" mentality.
