药明康德：拟以10亿元回购股份

3月17日讯，药明康德公告，公司拟以10亿元资金回购股份，回购价格不超过人民币92.05元/股（含）。本次回购的股份将用于注销并减少公司注册资本，资金来源为公司自有资金及自筹资金。回购期限自股东大会批准方案之日起不超过12个月。
