美光、三星电子、SK海力士等NAND厂商均将从4月起提高报价

3月17日讯，继闪迪此前通知4月1日将上调NAND闪存报价后，由于三星电子、SK海力士进行减产，美光日前新加坡NAND厂发生跳电，导致NAND供货转趋吃紧，美光、三星电子、SK海力士等厂商均将从4月起提高NAND闪存报价。NAND价格回涨速度高于原先预期。
