3月16日讯，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《提振消费专项行动方案》。在保障休息休假权益方面，行动方案明确，严格落实带薪年休假制度。鼓励带薪年休假与小长假连休，实现弹性错峰休假。依法保障劳动者休息休假权益，不得违法延长劳动者工作时间。鼓励有条件的地方结合实际探索设置中小学春秋假。
