OdCypher Capital 董事长、前 Binance Labs 全球融资主管 Bill Qi 表示：“现在不是加密货币圈里的人推动 ETF 的批准，而是华尔街公司尽最大努力实现这一目标。以太坊 ETF 主要的游说者将是机构资产管理公司。推出 ETF 并获得 ETF 批准符合他们的最佳利益，因为他们处于 AUM（管理资产）游戏中，为了增加 AUM，他们需要获得 ETF 的批准。”（Cointelegraph）
