I ("RTAC-I"), has filed Form S-1 with the Securities Exchange Commission for an initial public offering, with the proceeds to support its cryptocurrency and blockchain businesses. It is reported that RTAC-I is a newly formed special purpose acquisition company of Global Client Advisory.
