Ethereum will launch the Hooli testnet on March 17

The Ethereum core developers announced that the new testnet Hooli will go live on March 17 for final testing of the Pectra upgrade, with the goal of deploying to the mainnet between the end of April and the beginning of May. Previously, Pectra failed to test the Sepolia and Holesky testnets due to configuration errors, and Holesky was down for several weeks. Hooli will conduct the Pectra test upgrade on March 26. If successful, the developers plan to launch the mainnet upgrade in 30 days.
