港股上市公司比特元宇宙发布公告，宣布与配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人配售最多4000万股配售股份，每股配售股份0.41港元，较当日收市价每股 0.510港元折让约19.61%，最多净筹约1600万港元，该公司拟将配售事项的全部所得款项净额用于申请经营虚拟资产交易平台所需相关牌照。
