Amber DWM merges with iClick and will begin trading on NASDAQ using the AMBR ticker symbol

iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited, a US-listed company, announced the merger with Amber DWM Holding Limited, the holding entity of Amber Premium, a digital wealth management business of Amber Group, and obtained the final approval of Nasdaq for the post-merger listing. After the merger, the company will be renamed "Amber International Holding Limited" and will start trading on the Nasdaq Global Market with the new stock code "AMBR" from March 13, 2025.
