Ministry of Foreign Affairs: If the US keeps putting pressure on China, China will resolutely counter it

On March 12, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning hosted a regular press conference. A reporter asked whether China believes that it has fully communicated with the US on economic and other issues. In this regard, Mao Ning said that we always believe that our respective concerns should be resolved through dialogue and consultation on the basis of equality and respect. Sino-US trade is reciprocal. If cooperation can achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, however, if we keep putting pressure on China, China will resolutely counter it.
