Coinbase will support Celo migration

Coinbase will support the migration of Celo from L1 to Ethereum L2, automatically converting users' CGLD tokens to Celo L2. Coinbase will temporarily disable the CGLD network on March 25 to perform this upgrade. After the transition, the code of the Celo L2 network on Coinbase will remain CGLD.
