Coinbase将支持Celo迁移

Coinbase 将支持 Celo 从 L1 过渡到以太坊 L2 的迁移，会自动将用户的 CGLD 代币转换到 Celo L2。Coinbase 将于 3 月 25 日暂时禁用 CGLD 网络以执行此升级，过渡后，Coinbase 上 Celo L2 网络的代码仍为 CGLD。
