证监会就中核钛白案下发行政处罚事先告知书：对中核钛白实控人、中信与海通等预计罚没合计2.35亿元

4月19日讯，今日晚间，中核钛白、中信证券、海通证券相继公告收到证监会行政处罚事先告知书。全部罚没金额来看，中核钛白实控人王泽龙、洪浩炜（王泽龙朋友）、中信中证资本、中信证券、海通证券、韩雨辰预计罚没合计2.35亿元，其中罚款预计总额1.57亿元，没收预计总额合计7753.2万元，预计罚款金额是没收金额的2.02倍，相当于没一罚二。
