Scammers Use Google Platform to Promote Fake Whales Market Sites to Steal Cryptocurrencies

According to a report by BleepingComputer, threat actors have discovered a way for scammers to steal cryptocurrency by using the Google platform to promote phishing sites that are fake Whales Market, which are placed at the top of Google's search results page as sponsored links (i.e. advertisements). Although the domain address displayed on the search results page appears to be genuine, users are redirected to the fake website after clicking.
