In the first two months of this year, our country's trade in goods started generally stable

On March 7th, according to customs statistics, in the first two months of 2025, the total value of import and export of our country's trade in goods (the same below) was 6.54 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.2% (compared with the same period last year, the first two months of this year were 2 working days less, excluding the influence of incomparable factors, import and export increased by 1.7%). Among them, exports 3.88 trillion yuan, an increase of 3.4%; imports 2.66 trillion yuan, a decrease of 7.3%. In dollar terms, in the first two months, the total value of our country's imports and exports 909.37 billion US dollars, a decrease of 2.4%. Among them, exports 539.94 billion US dollars, an increase of 2.3%; imports 369.43 billion US dollars, a decrease of 8.4%.
