Ethereum Foundation: Pectra network upgrade has been activated on Ethereum's Sepolia and Holesky testnets

The Ethereum Foundation said in a blog post that the Mekong development network was originally designed to provide a place for wallet developers to experiment with user experience (UX) changes, while also giving pledgers confidence in future changes to Pectra. The Pectra network upgrade has been activated on Ethereum's Sepolia and Holesky testnets. These networks can now be used to test the features of the Pectra upgrade. In light of this, the Mekong testnet will be discontinued on March 7, 2025.
