3月6日讯，商务部部长王文涛在十四届全国人大三次会议经济主题记者会上表示，下一步拓展外贸增量的一个重要增长点就是创新提升服务贸易。下一步将促开放建平台，将全面实施跨境服务贸易负面清单，将启动服务贸易创新发展示范区建设，打造一批国际贸易综合改革示范区建设。
