According to Eleanor Terrett of FOX Business, Caroline Pham, acting chairperson of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), said that "the staff of the CFTC and the SEC are communicating and cooperating on digital assets and other related issues." Caroline Pham said: "We have resumed the staff-level dialogue between the CFTC and the SEC. We hope to be able to cooperate. We have had a good relationship in the past and I look forward to returning to the normal cooperation model."
