Kingkey Financial International announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company is considering setting up investment opportunities and services under the supervision of cryptocurrency licensing. The Group is currently formulating an investment plan with Amber Group for the Group's bitcoin and other major cryptocurrency investment products. The investment plan will be reviewed and approved by the Investment Committee based on market conditions and the overall financial position of the Group, and then executed by the Board of Directors. It is expected that the relevant investment plan will be funded by the existing cash reserves of the Group. The Board believes that cryptocurrencies have great potential to disrupt the investment and financial services industries.
