Metaplanet完成约8700万美元融资以增持比特币

据Metaplanet公告，公司通过第三方定向增发方式完成第13、14系列股票认购权的大规模行权，总计融资约129.7亿日元（约8700万美元）。本次融资由EVO FUND支持，部分资金已用于提前赎回此前发行的第7期普通债券。Metaplanet计划利用该资金继续增持比特币，以强化其数字资产投资战略。
