Ministry of Commerce: Decided to add 15 U.S. entities, including Leidos, to the export control list

On March 4th, according to the relevant provisions of laws and regulations such as the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Export Control of Dual-Use Items, in order to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it was decided to add 15 US entities such as Leidos to the export control control list. It is prohibited to export dual-use items to the above 15 US entities; the relevant export activities being carried out shall be stopped immediately. If it is really necessary to export under special circumstances, the export operator shall apply to the Ministry of Commerce. This announcement shall come into effect on the date of publication.
