3月4日讯，十四届全国人大三次会议新闻发言人娄勤俭：中国依法保护数据隐私和安全，同时反对泛化国家安全概念，反对将经贸科技问题政治化，中方提出《全球人工智能治理倡议》，推动弥合科技鸿沟，避免科技创新成为富国和富人的游戏。中方愿同世界各国一道，继续为推动人工智能健康发展，促进世界经济增长，增进各国人民福祉而努力。
