上交所：下一步将推动更多优质民营科技型企业在科创板发行上市

3月2日讯，上海证券交易所副总经理苑多然表示，下一步，上交所将以服务新质生产力发展为着力点，持续拓宽民营企业股权融资渠道。包括推动更多优质民营科技型企业在科创板发行上市。对于科创板上市公司并购轻资产标的、未盈利标的等情形适当提高估值的包容性，推动更多代表性案例落地。大力发展指数化投资，积极推动各类中长期资金入市，优化民营企业融资环境。
