Vitalik: Fusaka upgrade to be performed in 2025, with the goal of launching the relevant testnet the day after the Pectra upgrade

According to Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin on the X platform, in 2025, we need Fusaka to use PeerDAS on L1, ideally with a blob target/limit of 48/72. Our goal is to run a Fusaka testnet with these blob parameters the day after Pectra goes live.
