金十期货4月19日讯，路透社记者提问，中方如何看待自美农产品采购量下降？农业农村部发展规划司司长陈邦勋表示，中国是世界第一大的大豆进口国，与各大豆出口国保持良好的贸易关系，中国的大豆采购商既有中资企业，也还有不少外资企业，企业从哪里采购完全是自主行为，这主要取决于供求关系和市场价格等因素。
