星展银行外汇和信贷策略师Chang Wei Liang表示，如果特朗普最新的关税威胁成为现实，美元将可能进一步走强。不过Chang指出，加元和墨西哥比索的跌幅并不比其他货币明显大，“特朗普在关税实施时间和相关条件方面发出的信息前后不一，这使得市场更不愿意积极应对这些威胁。”
