2月28日讯，记者从工业和信息化部获悉，工业和信息化部近日已向北京、上海、海南、深圳四地，13家外资企业发放增值电信业务经营试点批复，相关企业按照批复内容，可开展互联网接入、信息服务等增值电信业务，开展相关业务后，将为我国消费者带来更加多元的电信服务和产品。（新华社）
